Day 1 – Delhi / Chandigarh to Bir (500 km / 10–11 hrs from Delhi | 280 km / 6–7 hrs from Chandigarh)

Begin your journey toward the picturesque Kangra Valley. As you drive through pine forests and river valleys, Himachal’s mountain charm will greet you at every turn.
On arrival in Bir, check in to your cozy homestay or boutique guesthouse nestled amidst tea gardens and scenic views.
Spend the evening exploring Bir Bazaar or unwinding at one of its serene cafés.

Day 2 – Paragliding Adventure at Bir Billing

After breakfast, head to Billing (2,400 m) — the world-renowned take-off site for paragliding.
Experience the thrill of flying high above the Dhauladhar ranges, gliding over meadows, forests, and valleys in an unforgettable aerial adventure. Land gently at Bir, capturing lifelong memories and breathtaking views.

Later, explore:

  • Bir Monastery (Chokling Monastery) – Admire the golden stupas and Tibetan architecture.

  • Bir Tea Gardens – Take a walk through verdant tea estates.

  • Bir Tibetan Colony & Cafés – Enjoy local delicacies, bakery treats, and Himachali chai.

Return to your stay by evening.

Day 3 – Excursion to Barot Valley or Andretta Artists’ Village

After breakfast, choose your adventure for the day:

Option 1 – Barot Valley (65 km round trip):
Drive through pine forests to reach this serene riverside valley famous for trout fishing and mountain views. Visit Uhl River, Shanan Hydel Project, and enjoy a relaxed picnic by the river.

Option 2 – Andretta Artists’ Village (12 km):
Discover the artistic charm of Andretta — home to pottery studios, heritage homes, and art workshops. Visit Norah Richards’ House and try your hand at pottery.

Return to Bir by evening for a relaxed night with bonfire and stargazing.

Day 4 – Bir to Delhi / Chandigarh Departure

Wake up to a peaceful morning, enjoy your breakfast, and bid farewell to the valley. Drive back to Delhi or Chandigarh with memories of flight, freedom, and mountain serenity.
